AI transparency

This page describes how the texts and images of this website and its articles come about. It is about our own marketing work, not about how NXTGN Capacity Control works.

How the texts come about

  • Topic: Topics come from our work on Capacity Control and from Microsoft’s announcements and documentation.
  • Draft: We write drafts with AI tools, based on our own materials such as the product documentation and the handbook, and on the linked Microsoft sources.
  • Review: Before publication, a person checks every text for its content, not just its language. What cannot be backed up is removed.
  • Responsibility: Every article names its author, who is responsible for its content, not a tool. For all other pages, the legal notice (in German) applies.

The images

There are no photos on this website. Apart from the NXTGN logo, every graphic is drawn in the code of the page, such as the capacity bars on the home page. The preview images that social networks show for a link are generated by a script from the page title, the NXTGN logo and a graphic with three capacity bars. Like the texts, we write this code with AI tools.

Where AI is not involved

  • The two calculators on the home page compute with fixed formulas in your browser; your entries do not leave it.
  • The license prices and the default prices per GB are set by the management.
  • No chatbot runs on this website, and every visitor sees the same content.

Distinction from the product

NXTGN Capacity Control includes an AI advisor. It works only with the Azure OpenAI endpoint and key from your own Azure subscription, sends only metadata of your tables, never row values, and makes proposals, never decisions. NXTGN receives nothing. What the advisor sees is answered in the FAQ.
